Quick question: At what point have we all become so consumed in every opinion but our own? I've been entertaining this thought for quite some time now.   Just a little secret: it's not about looking good all the time, nor is it about worrying over tomorrow. It's not even about caring what others are thinking about you. I mean honestly; your actions directly affect you, and legitimately no one else. So why allow someone's opinion to prohibit anything you do, especially if it doesn't affect them in the slightest? Live for yourself, and only yourself. The moment we stop caring what others think will be the day we have become too powerful, and in such a good way! Be yourself. Be real. HEALTHY HABITS It's a known fact that there is absolutely no guarantee on living a perfectly happy and healthy life, though we all wish for one. So, while I can't grant you that wish, I can at least aid in bringing you  just a tad c loser to achieving that goal. Below you will find five habits I have adopted over the past few years, and if you choose to follow them, I hope it gives you the boost you're looking for; just as they have for me. Enjoy!
